Ingredients :-
🌀Ghee- 2tsp
🌀Makhana- 1.5 cups
🌀Lays Masala- 1.5tsp
For the Lays Masala :-
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
1/4tsp Ginger Powder
1/4tsp Coriander Powder
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4tsp Black Salt
1/4tsp Salt
1tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Powder Sugar
– Roast makhana in 1.5tsp of ghee till nice crunchy.
– For the masala add everything to a jar & mix it.
– Add 1/2tsp ghee to the makhana along with lays masala & mix it well.
– Let it cool down, store in a air tight container& Enjoy☺️
