Ingredients for High protein healthy chipotle mayonnaise:
Low fat paneer : 150gms
Hung curd : 2 tbsp
Dried red chillies(soaked) : 4-5
Garlic ( fried in 1 tsp olive oil) : 5-6
Salt,pepper,mixed herbs
Sugar : 1 tsp ( u can alternatively use honey/jaggery powder)
