Dry Fruits Laddu Ingredients:
Pumpkin seeds – 50g
Dry coconut – 50g
Cashew – 100g
Pista – 100g
Almond – 200g
Walnut kernels – 50g
Raisins – 250g
Peanuts – 100g
Foxnuts/Makhana – 50g
Dates – 300g
Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
Desi ghee – 3 tbsp
Instructions:
Roast the peanuts in a pan until crispy.
Roast the Makhana with 1 tbsp of ghee until crisp.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, then roast the dry fruits (cashews, pista, almonds, walnuts) lightly.
In another pan, heat dates with cardamom powder and 1 tbsp ghee until soft and sticky.
Mix all roasted dry fruits, peanuts, Makhana, raisins, and dates together.
Shape the mixture into small balls and let them cool.
