Instant Bajra Dosa | High-Fiber Weight Loss Breakfast

Ingredients (2 Dosas | 1 Serving – 180 kcal, 6g Protein, 32g Carbs, 4g Fat, 6g Fiber)

Bajra (Pearl Millet) Flour – 1 cup

Chopped Onion – ¼ cup

Grated Carrot – ¼ cup

Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp

Salt – To taste

Chopped Green Chili – 1 (Optional)

Water – 3 cups

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients with water to form a smooth, thin batter.

2. Heat a pan, pour batter, and spread into a thin dosa.

3. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

4. Serve hot with chutney or curd.
