Ingredients:
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
2 medium beetroot
2 medium carrots
1 inch ginger, crushed
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp pink salt
1 tsp raw sugar (optional)
8 cups water (filtered water)

allow it to sit in the sun for 2-7 days or until it is fermented.
How do you know it is fermented??
After 2 days, taste test it and if you taste a slightly sour (vinegar like) taste then it is ready. If you tolerate more sour taste you can keep in sun for another additional day. It all depends on your taste for sourness. I personally do not enjoy very sour taste. So, two days of fermentation is ideal for me.
This drink should be stored in the refrigerator preferably in a glass or ceramic container.
