I had some troubles uploading this video so it took a little longer to post than expected. In this video you will see one of my favourite low calorie lunches, a pull work out I tested out from Jeff Nippard’s Youtube channel and vegan protein donuts!

I did actually like these donuts, and found once I put them in the fridge they were actually alot better the next day compared to eating them while still warm. I’d probably give them a 7/10, but as you may know, when you are dieting things like this for sure become more appealing. Ask me in a few weeks and i’d probably give them a 8-9/10! I will probably test these out using a protein isolate next instead of a vegan protein powder. If you try them out let me know!
