To Make Methi Paratha
Methi Leaves
Wheat Flour
Coriander Powder
Dry Mango Powder
Kasoori Methi
Red Chilli
Green Chilli
Salt
Oil
One Onion Chopped
Method:
1. Take wheat flour, ajwain, Kasoori Methi, Coriander powder, Green Chilli, Dry Mango Powder, salt, oil, chopped onion, methi leaves in a large bowl.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Gradually add water and prepare the dough. Knead it for 3-4 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
5. Dust the rolling surface with some flour and place the dough ball on it.
6. Roll the dough evenly into a roti.
7. Heat a pan and place the rolled out dough roti.
8. Roast it on both sides by applying some ghee.
10. Once it has golden brown spots on both sides, transfer it onto a plate.
11. Serve the Methi Parathas hot with onion raitha or pickle by the side.
