Recipe
Salmon
8oz salmon fillet skin removed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sesame seeds.
1. Season salmon with salt.
2. Crust one side of the salmon (preferably the one that used to have skin) with sesame seeds. Place in the fridge so it can adhere for one hour.
3. In a very hot pan with olive oil, sear salmon, cooking for two minutes per side.
4. Allow to rest for five minutes before serving
Miso Tahini Dressing
2 tbsp tahini paste
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp ponzu
1/2 lemon
3 tbsp water
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until very well combined. It may require more water depending on the temperature of your ingredients. Use right away.
