A wholesome and refreshing sandwich packed with crisp vegetables like cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and bell peppers, layered between slices of soft, lightly toasted bread. Enhanced with a spread of creamy mayonnaise or tangy green chutney for a burst of flavor in every bite. Served with chilled Mango Shake which made from Almond Milk and to sweeten it I have used dates, topped it up with home-made guilt free ice-cream, some nuts and seed-mix! ❀️
