This easy, quick, and healthy recipe is a great option to replace traditional bread for breakfast or a snack. It has no wheat flour (gluten-free), rich in fiber and protein, has very healthy fats, and turns out very fluffy. You can also eat it with one of my healthy spreads or use it to make sandwiches. It can help with your dietary re-education, weight loss, and health. Tell me in the comments if you’re going to make your healthy whole-grain bread exactly like this or adapt any ingredient.
