Hi peeps! Another video, another intense day! Still good and focus, today I bring you two recipes that you can use if you are trying to lose weight.

These recipes are very lean and very healthy meals, there are both vegan and omnivore suggestions to suit everybody’s needs!

Like you will see throughout the video I like to meal prep to help me save some time over the week, at the same time I keep my food on a budget so I can save as much as possible.

I’d also use these meals if I was bulking or on a bodybuilding stage, the only thing I would change would be the amount of food!
