Here is the detailed recipe of crispy cheese potato cutlet

*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl take 3 boiled mashed potato.
2. Add 1 tbsp kashmiri red mirch powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, half tbsp salt , 1 cup bread crumbs and coriander leaves.
3. Mix it well and apply oil on palm.
4. Give it a cutlet shape and make a hole like shown and add cheese.
5. Cover it well.
6. Dip in slurry (2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp maida and water).
7. Coat with bread crumbs.
8. Fry in medium hot flame.
9. Enjoy your cheesy potato cutlet.
