Recipe for 5 People:

Ingredients:
• Bread slices – 15 (3 per sandwich)
• Boiled potatoes – 3 medium (sliced)
• Tomatoes – 3 medium (sliced)
• Capsicum – 1 large (sliced thin)
• Kheera (Cucumber) – 2 medium (sliced)
• Cheese slices or grated – as needed
• Red ketchup – as required
• Butter – for spreading

For Green Sauce/Chutney:
• Fresh coriander – 1 cup
• Green chilies – 2
• Half slice of white bread (for thickness)
• Tamarind pulp – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Jeera (cumin) powder – ½ tsp
• Water – as needed to blend

Instructions:
1. Prepare the green chutney by blending all chutney ingredients into a smooth paste.
2. Take 3 slices of bread for each sandwich. Lightly toast or use plain.
3. Spread butter and green chutney on the first slice. Place sliced boiled potatoes and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the second slice. Spread red ketchup, then layer with tomatoes, cucumber, and capsicum.
5. Add cheese on top and cover with the third slice.
6. Lightly toast or grill if preferred, then cut into halves or quarters.
