1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning

4 Minced Garlic Cloves
340ml Fat Free Evaporated Milk (Carnation Light & Creamy)
