Ingredients – Serves 2 (makes 6 chicken tenders)
🍗 2 skinless chicken breasts
🍞 60g wholemeal breadcrumbs
🧀 25g grated Parmesan cheese
🧄 1 tsp garlic granules
🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🥚 1 medium egg, beaten
Method
1️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
2️⃣ Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
3️⃣ In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic granules, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
5️⃣ Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6️⃣ Air fry for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
