WEIGHTLOSS RECIPES Ep-20 ( Makhana Lauki Paratha ) 🍥🥒

Craving paratha on a diet? Say hello to the healthiest version yet 🍲

Recipe :

Take 1 bowl Makhana & dry roast them
Blend it well into a powder
Add 1 cup wheat flour
Add 1 cup grated Lauki
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Add 1 tsp Rock Salt
Add handful of Coriander leaves
Add 1 cup hungcurd
Knead it into a dough & roll out paratha out of it
Add some kalonji seeds while rolling out the paratha
Cook well with ghee on both sides until golden brown
Serve it with raita & enjoy !
