Here’s how you can make this easy & healthy chutney veg sandwich in just 5 minutes:
Ingredients:
🍞 2 slices of plain toasted bread
🥕 Thinly sliced carrot (gajar)
🥒 Thinly sliced cucumber (kheera)
🌿 3–4 tbsp homemade chutney
⚪ A pinch of white sesame seeds (safed teel) for crunch
Method:
➤ In a bowl, mix chutney, sliced carrot, cucumber, and sesame seeds.
➤ Spread this filling generously on one slice of toasted bread.
➤ Cover with the other slice, press slightly & serve fresh!
