Ingredients
1 Tomato (chopped)
½ Cucumber (chopped)
½ Beetroot (grated or chopped)
½ Carrot (grated or chopped)
1 Onion (sliced)
½ Bell Pepper (chopped)
½ Cup (50g) Roasted Chana
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
½ tbsp Honey
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Salad
In a large bowl, add chopped tomato, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, onion, bell pepper, roasted chana, and pomegranate seeds.
Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Step 2: Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, mix soya sauce, honey, sesame seeds, and lemon juice.
Stir well to combine everything.
Step 3: Assemble & Serve
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Garnish with your favorite seeds for extra crunch.
