Day 17 of my 20 Day Summer Recipe Series

A triple berry banana smoothie

I inspire to be a smoothie girly but for now my kids can take the crown.

I used frozen raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, & banana

Then I added Greek yogurt, honey, & milk!

Blended it up and had a quick healthy snack for the kids!

Sometimes I add hemp seeds & flax seeds to their smoothies as well.
