Another quick and delicious and healthy dinner! Asian chicken meatballs come together in less than 45 minutes from start to finish. So yummy!

-makes 12 meatballs-
1lb ground chicken
2 garlic gloves, minced
1tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 green onions, sliced
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp honey
1tbsp sesame oil
1 egg
1tsp salt and pepper
-for sauce-
2 garlic cloves, grated
1tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3tbsp honey
1tsp sugar
1tbsp sesame oil
1-2tbsp white vinegar or rice vinegar
1tsp salt and pepper (if needed)
1tbsp cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all meatball ingredients together and form your chicken meatballs into balls. Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees. While baking, make sauce by combining all “-for sauce-“ ingredients in a pan on medium heat. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally but letting it thicken. Once meatballs are done, put them in sauce and let them cook for another few minutes. Serve with rice and enjoy!
