– 2 eggs
– 3 tablespoons of non-caloric sweetener (suitable for baking)
– 3/4 cup (6.8 fl oz / 200ml) of coconut milk
– 2 tablespoons of water
– 1/4 cup (1 oz / 25g) of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/3 cup (1.4 oz / 40g) of coconut flour
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– Vanilla extract and cinnamon to taste
Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, or microwave for 3 minutes.
