Healthy Sea Bass 🤤

2 lbs Sea Bass (preferred fish)
10 asparagus sticks
Salt, pepper, paprika generously
1 tsp oil

1 cup dry cous cous
15oz can of chickpeas
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 clementines
1/4 cup black olives
1/2 slices avocado
1/2 cup cucumbers
2 Tbsp parsley and mint
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup mandarin juice/ nectar (from can)
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp butter
1 shallot
1/2 juice lemon
Zest of lemon
1/4 cup parsley

Shaved cucumber to be fancy shmancy

Sear down the sea bass and finish off the asparagus and bass in the oven at 350f for about 10 minutes or until cooked through
