Crispy Soya Chunks Snacks Recipe 🥳 – High Protein, Super Tasty & Perfect Evening Snack!

📌 Ingredients

2 cups soya chunks (10 min soak in water)

1 cup curd (dahi)

Salt to taste

½ tsp red chilli powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chaat masala

¼ tsp black pepper powder

2 tbsp corn flour

Oil for frying

👩‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Soak Soya Chunks – Soya chunks ko 10 minute paani mein bhigo ke rakh dein. Paani drain karke side mein rakh dein.

2️⃣ Prepare Marinade – Ek bowl mein dahi lein, usme namak, red chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, chaat masala, aur kali mirch powder dal kar whisk karein.

3️⃣ Coat the Chunks – Soaked soya chunks ko is mixture mein achhe se coat karen.

4️⃣ Add Cornflour – 2 tbsp corn flour add karke phir mix karein.

5️⃣ Fry Until Crispy – Garam tel mein golden brown hone tak medium flame par fry karein.

6️⃣ Serve – Garma garam chutney ya ketchup ke saath enjoy karein!

💡 Tips

Aap chahein to air fryer mein bhi bana sakte hain for oil-free version.

Extra crispy banane ke liye double coating kar sakte hain.
