🛒 Ingredients (for 2 servings):
* 1 corn cob
* 1 tbsp salt
* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* ½ tbsp chilli flakes
* ½ tbsp oregano
* 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
* ¼ cup water
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp chaat masala
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 2 tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:
1. Cut corn cob into small pieces.
2. In boiling water, add salt and corn pieces. Cook until tender.
3. Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and sauté till fragrant.
4. Add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano, and mix well.
5. Add tomato ketchup, water, and salt. Stir to form a sauce.
6. Add boiled corn pieces and coat them nicely in the sauce.
7. Cook for 2–3 minutes so flavors absorb well.
8. Sprinkle chaat masala and drizzle lemon juice on top.
