For many of us, lunch can be the trickiest meal when it comes to knowing what to eat. 🤔

That’s why I’m starting a series: 5-Minute Lunch Ideas! ⏱️

First up, we’ve got this tasty Tuna & Crunch Wrap!

Each serving has just 414 calories, 7.2g of fibre, and 41.7g of protein! Perfect for keeping you full all afternoon long! 💪

Ingredients for one serving:
➖ Wholemeal wrap
➖ Tomato
➖ 1/4 avocado
➖ Fry Light (optional)

Tuna mix:
➖ 1 tin of tuna
➖ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
➖ 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
➖ 1 tsp capers
➖ 1/8 red onion
➖ Lemon juice

Mix the tuna ingredients in a bowl and mash up your avocado.

Cut from the centre outwards on one section of the wrap. In the first quarter, spread half the tuna mix; in the second quarter, spread the avocado; in the third quarter, spread the remaining tuna mix; and in the last quarter, add the tomato. Fold each quarter over until you have a triangle shape.

Spray a pan with Fry Light (if you like!) and pan-fry the wrap for a couple of minutes on each side. Alternatively, air-fry at 200°C for about 5 minutes.
