➡️ Steps :-
1. Take 2 large size potato and peel off then skin
2. Wash nicely then thickly cut potato into fries
3. In a pan bring water to boil, add pinch of Salt and potatoes to it
4. Blanch potatoes for 4-5 min, remove and keep aside
5. Let it cool, then coat with Cornflour and Maida in 1:1 ratio
6. Deep fry potatoes in hot oil until golden in colour
7. Remove from oil and keep aside
8. In a bowl add 1 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp Red Chilli sauce, 2 tbsp Tomato sauce, 1 tsp Schezwan sauce, ¼ tsp Pepper powder, ¼ tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Cornflour. Add 2 tbsp water and mix them well
9. Heat oil in a kadhai
10. Sauté 1 large tbsp each finely chopped Garlic, Ginger and green Chilli
11. Fry 1 small chopped Onion and Capsicum
12. Add in prepared sauce and 1 tsp Sesame seeds. Mix well
13. Once sauce thickens add fried Potatoes and 1 large tbsp Honey
14. Coat the fries well in sauce
15. Serve and Enjoy!! 😋
