🍎 Healthy Apple Pancakes:
Ingredients
½ cup wheat flour
2 grated apples
2 tbsp honey
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 tsp butter (for cooking)
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla essence until smooth.
2. Add the wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix gently until combined (avoid overmixing).
3. Fold in the grated apples to make a thick but pourable batter.
4. Heat a nonstick pan and lightly grease with butter.
5. Pour a small ladle of batter, cook on low–medium heat until bubbles form and edges begin to set.
6. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.
7. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with extra honey or topped with apple slices.
