✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients:
50g (1/4 Cups + 3 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
2 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (@htltsupps code nickkaz)
48g (1/4 Cup) Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
1g (1/2 tsp) Salt
*if using whey only, make it 2 1/2 scoops*
✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients:
120mL (1/2 Cup) Almond Milk
21g (1 1/2 tbsp) Light Butter, Softened
✳️ Ingredients for Mix-ins:
50g (1/4 Cup) Mini M&M’s + Chocolate Chips
Extra Mini M&M’s + Mini Chocolate Chips (*optional*)
👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros
✳️ Directions:
1. Grab mixing bowl. Add 50g (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp) all purpose flour to the microwave for 1 minute (internal temp of 160-165 degrees Fahrenheit). This kills the bacteria, making it safe to consume. Add the rest of ingredients for dry ingredients. Mix.
2. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix.
3. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
4. Add ingredients for mix-ins to batter. Stir. Store in fridge. Then enjoy!
