INGREDIENTS
– 1/4 Cup Grated Dry Coconut
– 3/4 Cup Dates
– 1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts
– 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
– 1 & 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
– A pinch of Salt
– 50gm Dark Chocolate
– 50gm White Chocolate
– 1/4 Cup Salted Peanuts
METHOD
– Grind cashew nuts, a pinch of salt and coco powder to a fine powder. Transfer to a bowl.
– Roast desiccated coconut till golden brown brown and transfer to the same bowl.
– Grind seedles dates and add to the bowl.
– Now, add vanilla essence and mix to form a dough. Shape into small balls.
– Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in microwave and add chopped salted peanuts. Mix well.
– Coat the truffles in the chocolate and place on a parchment paper to set.
– You may set it in fridge.
– Once set, enjoy!
