1cup sooji
1/2 Cup curd
chopped onion, cabbage, capcicum, carrot & Green Chilli and coriander
Mix all these ingredients Then add a little water and mix again
Let this better rest for 5-10mins for best results
Now Take a bread spread butter or oil or ghee and Toast it from one side then on other side spread your sooji Veg batter
Serve it with ur favourite chutney or sauce and
