Soft, fluffy & loaded with veggies 🌿 — this Soft Poha Veggie Chilla is a must-try healthy breakfast! 🥞✨

Ingredients
* 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
* ½ cup sooji (semolina)
* ½ cup curd (dahi)
* ¼ cup water (adjust as needed)
* 1 small onion (chopped)
* ½ capsicum (chopped)
* ¼ cup beans (chopped)
* 1–2 green chillies (chopped)
* 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
* 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
* Salt – to taste
* ½ tsp red chilli powder
* ½ tsp black pepper powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* Oil – for cooking

Method
1. Wash and soak poha for 5 minutes.
2. In a mixer jar, add soaked poha, sooji, curd, and water. Blend into a smooth batter.
3. Finely chop onion, capsicum, beans, and green chillies in a chopper.
4. Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, grated ginger, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
5. Just before cooking, add baking soda and whisk lightly until the batter turns airy.
6. Heat a pan and grease with oil. Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a round pancake shape.
7. Cook on medium flame until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
