Ingredients:
1 packed mini naan from COSTCO.
1 medium-sized tomato.
1 red chopped onion.
4-5 green chilly
5-6 curry leaves.
1/2 cup green peas and cut carrots.
1 cup homemade paneer (cottage cheese)
1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
1 teaspoon of garam masala.(Indian spices)
1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil or any oil of your choice.
Salt according to taste.
1/2 cup cilantro for garnishing.

Details: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seed, and add 1 chopped red onion. 5-6 green chilies and 5-6 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste, and 1 cup of tomatoes. Add Salt, stir well, cover the lid, and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of green peas and carrots. Stir well, add 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of Garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder, stir well. Add 1/2 glass of water and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of homemade or store-bought paneer (cottage cheese), stir well, add salt according to taste, stir well, cook for 2 minutes, and lastly, garnish with cilantro. Pack a lunch for my kid’s school. Wrap the naan in wax paper. cucumber and carrot, and the cooked paneer. Please don’t forget to like and subscribe to my channel.
