1 cup fine semolina/suji/rava
2 cups water
salt to taste
1/4 tsp carom seeds
1/2 cup spinach puree (boil & puree)
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp oil

STUFFING:
2 boiled an grated potatoes
1/4 cup boiled corns
1 small onion chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 green chillies
1/2 coriander powder
2 tsp lemon juice
some fresh coriander
3-4 tbsp grated mozarella cheese
oil for frying
