🛒 Ingredients (1 Jar – 32 oz / 950 ml):
• 2 tbsp (30 ml / 27.5 g) olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 small cucumber (⅓ cup / 50 g), diced
• ⅓ cup (60 g) cooked chickpeas
• ½ cup (80 g) cooked buckwheat
• ⅓ cup (60 g) canned tuna (wild caught, drained)
• 1 handful lettuce (1 cup / 30 g), chopped
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Take 3 jars (32 oz / 950 ml each).
2️⃣ Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bottom of each jar and mix.
3️⃣ Layer: cucumber ➝ chickpeas ➝ buckwheat ➝ tuna ➝ lettuce.
4️⃣ Seal and refrigerate. Shake before eating.
