This Indo-Chinese combo packs 35g protein, under 450 calories, and is ready in under 30 minutes⏱️
✨Here’s how✨
🌶️Mix 1 cup boiled soya chunks with ginger, garlic, 1 tsp low-cal schezwan sauce, soya sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour & 2 tbsp yogurt. Air-fry for 12 mins till golden & crispy.
🥢For gravy: heat 1 tsp oil, sauté ginger, garlic, onion & 1 cup bell peppers. Add the crispy soya & a slurry made of 1 tbsp each — soya sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce, cornflour + water. Add water for consistency, simmer & top with spring onions.
🍚For fried rice: in 1 tsp oil, stir-fry ginger, garlic, onion, veggies (carrot, peas, bell peppers), then add boiled rice, pepper, spring onions + 1 tsp each soya sauce, vinegar & green chilli sauce.
