This healthy air fryer poha–oats mix is light, flavorful, and disappears faster than you can make it! Perfect for festive parties or evening munching ✨
Ingredients:
1 cup poha
1 cup oats
½ cup makhana
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup cashews
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
¼ cup peanuts
2 tsp oil
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Cumin powder, chaat masala, salt to taste
¼ cup black raisins + regular raisins
Recipe:
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add oil, spices, salt & toss well to coat evenly.
Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Let it cool completely for max crunch.
