Rice flour- 1 cup
Besan- 1/4 cup
White sesame- 1 Tbsp
Black sesame- 1 Tbsp
Red chilli flakes- 1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 Tsp
Salt- 1 Tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 Tsp
Moong dal- 1/4 cup
Hot oil- 3 Tbsp
Water as required
