📝 Ingredients:
1 cup dried figs (anjeer) – soaked and blended into paste
1 cup dry dates (khajur) – deseeded and blended into paste
2 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus khus)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe Script:
Step 1:
In a pan, add 2 tsp ghee. Once warm, add the fig and dry date paste. Roast it on low flame for 3–4 minutes until it thickens and releases aroma.
Step 2:
Now, add another small spoon of ghee and toss in chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. Roast for 1 minute till lightly crunchy.
Step 3:
Add poppy seeds and desiccated coconut, roast for 10 seconds, then turn off the flame.
Step 4:
Transfer the roasted mixture into a bowl. Mix well until all ingredients combine evenly.
Step 5:
Let it cool slightly. Grease your palms with a drop of ghee and shape into small ladoo (balls).
