The Crispy Egg Paratha (Anda Paratha) recipe

ingredients:

1. Paratha Dough Ingredients

• All-Purpose Flour (Maida): 2 cups (You can use whole wheat flour as an alternative)
• Salt (Namak): 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
• Oil (Tel): 1 tablespoon
• Water

2. Egg Mixture Ingredients

• Eggs : 5 pieces
• Onion (Pyaaz): 1 medium size, finely chopped
• Tomato (Tamatar): 1 medium size, finely chopped (seeds removed)
• Green Chilies (Hari Mirchein): 2 to 3 pieces, finely chopped
• Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhaniya): A handful, freshly chopped
• Spring Onions: 1/2 cup
• Salt (Namak): 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
• Chilli Flakes: 1 teaspoon
• Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch ka Powder): 1/2 teaspoon
• Optional: Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
