Ingredients:
• 300g lean beef slices (I used flank steak, but ground beef works too)
• 3 cups broccoli
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp minced ginger
• 3 tbsp any sweetener (I use stevia brown sugar)
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes
• Optional: 2 tsp corn starch + 2 tsp water (if you want a thicker sauce)

Air fry at 375F for 10 mins (I used the “Roast” function!)

Rice: I use 1/2 cup uncooked rice, which makes about 1 and a half to 2 cups cooked rice. I serve this with the beef and broccoli as a meal!

Note: if you have extra time and using flank steak, season it with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp corn starch before cooking. This will give you extra tender steak! 🔥
