• Total Protein (entire loaf): ~194g

🧁 Ingredients Used:
• 180g oat flour (homemade, no preservatives)
• 6 scoops whey protein (25g each, 160 kcal per scoop)
• 5 small ripe bananas
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 tbsp jaggery powder
• 4 tsp honey
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 5–6 tsp cocoa powder
• 20g dark chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

🔥 Instructions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients — oat flour, protein, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa.
2. Mash bananas and whisk with eggs, honey, vanilla, and jaggery.
3. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
4. Add chocolate chips and pour the mix into a lined tray.
5. Bake for 35–40 mins at 180°C or until a knife comes out clean.
6. Let it cool fully before slicing (makes ~10 slices).
