Crispy Masala Corn in Airfryer | Healthy Snack Recipe #shorts



🌽 Airfryer Masala Sweet Corn | No Oil Snack Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 cup sweet corn
• Salt (to taste)
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• ¼ tsp pepper powder
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 1 tsp ghee
• Peri Peri masala (for sprinkle)

Method:
1. In a pan, boil water with a little salt. Add sweet corn and boil for a few minutes.
2. Strain the corn and transfer to a mixing bowl.
3. Add red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper, chaat masala, and cornflour. Mix and coat well.
4. Preheat airfryer to 180°C. Spread the coated corn evenly in the basket.
5. Airfry for 6–7 minutes until crisp.
6. Sprinkle ghee and peri peri masala on top.
