How to Make High Protein Veg Sandwich/Healthy Sandwich



Some mornings just call for something quick, healthy, and full of flavour.
That’s when I make this High Protein Veg Sandwich. This one is light, super satisfying, and keeps you full for hours and honestly it’s the easiest way to eat clean without it feeling boring.

In this video, I’ll show you how to make this simple yet wholesome sandwich in just a few minutes.

📝 Ingredients
• 4 toasted multigrain bread slices
• ½ cup hung curd
• ¼ tsp salt
• A pinch of black pepper
• 2–3 fresh basil leaves or 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• ½ tsp red chilli flakes
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• ½ cup sliced mushrooms
• ¼ cup sliced onions
• ¼ cup bell peppers
• ¼ cup paneer slices
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp oregano or any dry herbs
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• ½ tsp red chilli flakes

👩‍🍳 Method
1. In a bowl, mix hung curd, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, and chopped basil or parsley.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions till soft. Add mushrooms and veggies, cook till tender.
3. Add paneer, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, herbs, and soy sauce. Mix well and turn off the heat.
4. Take a toasted bread slice, spread the curd dip, layer the veggies, cover with another slice and enjoy!🌟
