• 1 cheese cube (optional)
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Chilled water (adjust for consistency)
🥪 Ingredients (Stuffing)
• Onion (chopped)
• Tomato (chopped)
• Capsicum (chopped)
• Grated cheese (preferably mozzarella)
🍳 Recipe:
1️⃣ Add paneer, soaked cashews, chillies, cheese cube, oregano, chilli powder, salt, and chilled water to a grinder.
2️⃣ Blend into a smooth, creamy high-protein cheese sauce.
3️⃣ Spread the sauce generously on bread slices.
4️⃣ Combine chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, and grated cheese to make the stuffing.
5️⃣ Add the stuffing over the sauce, cover with another slice, and toast.
