These Black Urad Dal, Sesame & Walnut Laddus are packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness perfect for improving energy, hair, and skin health.
This recipe combines ancient Indian wisdom with modern simplicity nutritious, easy to make, and incredibly delicious.
🍴 Here’s the recipe:
1️⃣ 1 cup black urad dal
2️⃣ 1 cup sesame seeds
3️⃣ 1 cup walnuts
4️⃣ ½ cup soaked and ground dates paste
5️⃣ ½ cup crushed jaggery (paagu jaggery preferred)
6️⃣ 2 spoons of ghee
✨ Method:
– Dry roast urad dal, sesame seeds, and walnuts separately for 3–5 minutes till aromatic.
– Powder them individually.
– Mix together with dates paste, jaggery, and ghee.
– Roll into laddus (apply a little ghee on your palms).
– Store at room temperature for 7 days or refrigerate for 25 days.
