Ingredients for 3 Patties –
1 tsp Oil
30 g Soya chunks
30 g Paneer –
75 g Corn + Beans + Carrots
30 g Green peas
75 g potatoes (I small potato boiled)
20 g panka bread crumbs for coating (I used @urbanplatter.in )
1/2 small onion
1 green chilli
Handful Coriander
Dry spices –
1 tsp coriander seed powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp amchoor powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garam masala
For dressing for each person –
50 g Low far Greek yoghurt / curd (I usually use homemade or Epigamia )
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce or chilli sauce
1 tbsp mustard sauce – Kasundi from a local brand
Chilli powder or paprika
Pink salt
100 g Salad – purple cabbage , carrot, cucumber
Some Lettuce
Olives & Jalapeños
Potato wedges with 1 Medium Potato
5 g additional oil for air frying potatoes & patty
Each Patty – 166 calories , 9.8 g Protein
