Paneer Steak Bowl (Recipe ⬇️)

Not your basic grilled paneer—this 26g protein bowl is a total game-changer.

Ingredients:
• 100g paneer
• 2 walnuts, crushed
• 1–2 tbsp green coriander chutney
• 70g Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp mustard sauce
• Chopped coriander
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Chopped cucumber & onion (as much as you like)

Recipe:
1. Coat the paneer with green chutney and crushed walnuts.
2. Sauté or grill the paneer on a pan until golden and crispy.
3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard sauce, salt, pepper, chopped coriander, and chopped cucumber + onion.
4. Place the grilled paneer on top of this yogurt base.
5. Garnish with more coriander and serve!

Green Chutney (for coating):

Blend together:
• 1 bunch fresh coriander
• 1 tomato
• 1 green chili (adjust to taste)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt to taste
