Chopped vegetables – carrot,cauliflower, capsicum, tomato, green peas – 1/2 cup each
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
green chilli – 1 or 2
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
jeera – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 7 to 8
mustard seeds – 1/2 tbsp
pav bhaji masala – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes or chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
coriander leaves – 2,3 tbsp
Desi ghee or oil – 1/2 tbsp
