Super Easy No Bread Sandwich

This recipe is Perfect for those following a Gluten – free Low carb, this Sandwich is Protein packed, Nutritious and yes Super Delicious.
Ingredients –
Moong Dal – 1 cup soaked
Curd – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Grind everything and make a Batter then add
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 2 pinch
Salt
& Eno 1/2 tsp
Mix everything in the batter and it’s ready.
Potato Aloo Stuffing for Sandwich
Boiled potatoes – 4-5
Oil – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Crushed coriander – 1/2 tsp
Kasturi methi- 1 tsp
Onion – 1 medium chopped
Frozen Matar – 1/4th cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder – 1 tsp
You can also make the stuffing with a variety of fresh vegetables, or Paneer/tofu.
