● Flour
● 2 eggs
● Breadcrumbs
● Parmesan cheese — 2 tbsp
● A sprig of parsley
● Seed oil or olive oil
● Salt

● Bake at 180 °C / 356 °F for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
● Turn and bake for 10 minutes more 190 °C / 374°F
